Hi love, I’m Krystal. I started my entrepreneur journey in 2018 with no plan, no clients, and barely enough savings to make it 3 months in one of the most expensive cities in America. By following my intuition, my desire, and my natural energy - exactly what you’re going to learn in Conscious Business Salon - my first year in business I paid myself double what I’d ever earned as an employee while doing what I loved on my terms, my time, and in my own way.

What nobody told me about experiencing magnetic success is that it would bring up everything hidden in my body around worthiness and receiving. And for someone with a deep family history of self-sacrifice, scarcity, codependence, and addiction… that was quite a lot.

Six years of entrepreneurship later, what I’ve learned is this path requires us to unearth new layers of ourselves. From our capacity to receive to our willingness to be seen to the bravery to rest - doing business differently means cultivating the audacity to actually enjoy your life.

It took me years to understand that the road bumps I hit as I walked this path are exactly why I was called to it. Self-expansion is a feature of the entrepreneurial journey – not a barrier to it.

The more I relaxed into myself, the more my business became my spiritual practice: a place to nurture my gifts, to witness my energy impacting the world, and to develop a deep sense of purpose and trust, regardless of what’s going on around me.

There are sections of the recordings where I have kept participants shares and questions to give context for deeper discussions they may have sparked. More sensitive topics that have been removed to honor participant privacy.

    The final content library is a mix of training, guided exercises, reflective prompts, and anecdotes from my personal business experience. I hand-edited all 8+ hours of content inside CBS, so know if you're listening to a topic it’s something I felt you'd get value from.
