AUGUST 10–28
close your old chapter. navigate the in-between. cross cleanly into what's next.
Most chapters don't end simply because time passes. They end because you become someone they can no longer hold.
The career or business you've outgrown.
The relationship that no longer fits.
The city that's stopped feeling like home.
The version of yourself that once kept you safe-but now keeps you small.
Everyone outgrows things in life. What's rare is knowing how to cross — cleanly, without guilt, without the pull to snap back, in a way that actually opens the next chapter instead of just closing the last one.
This isn't something you're born knowing. It's something you learn. Threshold is where it happens.

Eclipses have been understood as moments of transition.
They reveal what can no longer continue in the same way, invite us to release what's complete, and often accelerate the changes we've already been sensing beneath the surface.
Whether you see eclipses through an astrological lens or simply as a meaningful moment to pause and reflect, they offer something many of us rarely give ourselves:
A natural invitation to mark a threshold.

Your old life doesn't fit anymore, but your new one hasn't fully clicked in yet.

You know you're being asked to move differently - you're just not sure how.

You want to learn how to trust yourself even when you can't see what's coming.

Something in you knows it's time, even if you can't explain why.
Release what can no longer come with you.
We'll explore what has quietly expired, the identities you've outgrown, the invisible cultures you've been living inside, and the surprising thing most people avoid that makes all growth possible.
You'll leave this week lighter, clearer, and no longer negotiating with a chapter that's already complete.
Resist the urge to rush what's still unfolding.
Most people never learn how to inhabit uncertainty. Instead, they panic, force clarity, or recreate the familiar.
This week is about learning to trust the space between.
You'll practice listening instead of forcing, collecting evidence instead of chasing certainty, and recognizing the subtle ways life is already communicating with you.
Choose the life that is now asking to be lived.
Crossing a threshold isn't about feeling 100% ready. It's about becoming unavailable for yesterday.
Together, we'll define the culture of your next chapter, make decisions that align with it, and begin casting daily votes for the new life you're consciously choosing.
Over three weeks, we'll move through the eclipse season together inside a private Telegram community. Each weekday you'll receive:
A short audio transmission introducing that day's theme
One practical "rep" — a specific action to anchor the theme into your life
A prompt to share what shifted for you in the group, so you're not doing this alone
The reps are intentionally simple. They're designed to fit into your real life—not pull you out of it.
Some will ask you to observe.
Some will ask you to release.
Some will ask you to tell the truth.
Some will ask you to make a courageous decision.
Each one is a vote for your next chapter.
Throughout the journey you'll also have access to a private community space where you can share reflections, ask questions, celebrate wins, and witness others crossing their own thresholds.
One week after the eclipse window closes, we'll gather live for The Crossing—a live closing ceremony where we'll reflect on the journey, witness one another's transformations, and consciously mark the beginning of the next chapter.
I'm Krystal Thompson, and I'm obsessed with what happens in the space between one life ending and another beginning.
Since 2019, I've guided creatives, visionaries, and cycle-breakers through some of the biggest transitions of their lives. And what I've learned is this:
The hardest part of transformation is almost never making the decision.
People leave the relationship. Quit the job. Move across the world. Walk away from the life that no longer fits. Then, almost without realizing it, they start recreating the very life they fought so hard to leave.
That paradox is the center of my work.
Why do we fight so hard for a new life, only to unconsciously recreate the old one?
I created Threshold for anyone standing at the edge of a new chapter who wants to cross it consciously—not by waiting for certainty, but by learning how to trust themselves, navigate the unknown, and become unavailable for the life they've outgrown.
I can't wait to cross this threshold with you.

This isn't a manifestation course.
Or an astrology class.
Or mindset coaching.
It's about recognizing that you're already standing at a threshold—and giving yourself the structure, language, and support to cross it consciously.
Because the biggest changes in our lives rarely happen the moment we have an insight. They happen the moment we stop negotiating with what we already know.
A conscious closing of the story that no longer belongs in your life.
Greater trust in your own inner authority during times of deep uncertainty.
A definitive vision for the chapter you're entering and the environment that supports it.
A simple, repeatable framework to return to whenever you stand at another threshold.
The eclipse doesn't create a new timeline.
It simply illuminates the one you've outgrown.
The question is:
Will you keep negotiating with the life that's ending?
Or will you become unavailable for it?
Threshold takes place over three weeks inside a private Telegram community.
Every weekday (Monday-Friday), you'll receive a new daily transmission consisting of:
- A short audio teaching (approximately 5-10 minutes)
- One practical 'rep' to complete that day
- A reflection question to deepen the work
Each day's content will be released automatically at 12:00 AM Eastern Time so it's available when you wake up, no matter where you are in the world. You'll have the entire day to engage with the material in a way that fits your schedule.
Yes.
One week after the eclipse window closes, we'll gather for The Crossing on Friday, September 4 at 12:00 PM Eastern Time.
This is an opportunity to reflect on the journey, witness one another's transformations, and consciously mark the threshold you've crossed together.
If you can't attend live, a replay will be available.
Life happens.
While the experience is designed to be lived together in real time, there are no grades, gold stars, or 'perfect' way to participate.
Each daily transmission is intentionally short, and most reps can be completed in 10-20 minutes. If you miss a day, simply pick back up where you are. The goal isn't perfection-it's participation.
Yes.
Alongside the daily transmission channel, you'll have access to a private discussion space where you can share your reflections, daily reps, breakthroughs, questions, and wins if you'd like.
Sharing is always optional.
Some people process best by writing. Others prefer simply witnessing the journeys of those around them. Both are welcome.
I'll also be checking into the community throughout the journey to respond to themes, answer questions, and offer guidance as we move through the three weeks together.
No.
While Threshold is intentionally timed around eclipse season and draws inspiration from the symbolism of eclipses as moments of release and transition, this is not an educational course about astrology.
You don't need to know anything about astrology to participate.
Threshold is about navigating the very human experience of endings, uncertainty, and new beginnings.
Yes.
In fact, that's the perfect place to do this from.
Often, we sense that something is shifting long before we can clearly name it. We know we're standing at the edge of a new chapter-we just can't quite see the shape of it yet.
Threshold isn't designed to rush you toward answers. It's designed to help you become the kind of person who can remain present with the right questions long enough to receive better answers.
Throughout the three weeks, you'll practice releasing the pressure to figure everything out immediately and learn how to navigate uncertainty with greater trust, discernment, and steadiness.
Sometimes clarity doesn't arrive because we think harder.
Sometimes it arrives because we've learned how to listen differently.
